This is suitable for anyone wanting to try aerial silks. In the session you will learn moves and hang upside down.It will help to build strength, confidence and flexibility.
Classes numbers will be limited and payment will secure your space.
You will need to wear comfy gym clothes with legs covered.
Payment is £10 for this session.

No refunds can be given 72 hours before the first session starts.
We are also running beginner Hoop and Pole sessions too, if you wanted to book all 3, we can discount it to £25 but must be paid in full.
