Is learning to ride a bike something you have always wanted to do? Maybe you are afraid to fall, or perhaps you don't know who can help you. We have the perfect class for you...
Join us at this FREE class and learn to balance, pedal, and roll! Under the patient guidance of Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition's (SVBC's) trained instructors, we'll show you how to properly fit your helmet and how to ride a bike in safe and welcoming environment. Class participants who do not already have a helmet will receive a free helmet to keep, as long as supplies last.

Prerequisites:
- Able to balance on one foot for 5 seconds
- Age 14 or older
Things to Bring:
- A functional non-electric bicycle if you have one or can rent from a bike shop
- Helmet if you have one
- Reusable water bottle (water and light snacks will be provided)
- Sun protection
Additional Information:
- SVBC has a limited number of bikes available to rent for $25. If you need to borrow one, please include your height information when you register.
- SVBC has helmets available to borrow as well
- Please add a ticket for each participant (separate names)
- This class has limited capacity. If at any point you are unable to make it, please cancel your registration no less than 72 hours before the class to guarantee a refund (if you are borrowing a bike) and to allow other people to attend.
