This conference is for transition aged students (18-22) who may qualify for ID/A adult services only. This includes CCA and Home-schooled students (must attend with staff or parent)This year we will focus on health---caring for oneself. Students will hear from Rob Anderson, one of the creators of the Healthy Relationships Curriculum© as the keynote speaker and then attend breakout sessions on men’s/women’s health, mental health, exercise, and basic health care. Lunch is free!
