Pilates is a highly beneficial movement practice designed to create strength, flexibility, mobility & muscle tone. Mat Pilates uses no special equipment, just your body's own resistance. This low impact exercise routine builds stamina & improves overall health. Rooted in functional fitness, Pilates supports your everyday life with a focus on 6 key principles.

During our Saturday morning 6-week workshop, we will highlight one principle each week, integrating it into our mat exercises while understanding how this principle & associated movements work functionally in our everyday lives.
Whether you are new to Pilates or looking for a low impact activity to add to your fitness routine, this is for you! A great series for those who want to move in community & expand your understanding of the Pilates Method.
All you will need to bring is a mat, towel & water bottle. Maybe grab a friend & come flow with us.

As a teacher, Vilma is dedicated to help you feel empowered through the transformative movement of Pilates finding more enjoyment in your daily life. Vilma is a big believer in what movement can do for one’s daily life. As a student herself, Vilma has learned a lot about the mind body connection and loves how it has translated into her everyday life. Now as a passionate health and wellness advocate, she hopes to help others do the same.
