This all-levels Healing Hatha instructed by Mallory Reiss class invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body through mindful movement and breath. Blending gentle strength-building, flexibility, and mobility practices, we create space to release tension and restore balance. With an emphasis on calming the nervous system, each session guides you back to your center so you leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed. This yoga class is $5 per class per student, and each student needs to bring their own mat as there are limited ones to borrow.
