The mile portion is through Central Park. The balance loops you through downtown Grayslake. Paved. Mostly flat. Pets allowed. No restrooms. Take Route 45 to Center Street in Grayslake, Head West. Turn right on Railroad Street (just before the train tracks) and meet by the smokestack.
