What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing and either socks or light shoes. Please bring a water bottle. Chairs will be available for participants who prefer a seated practice.
Fees: $20 for the 4-week series
On March 18th, the class will begin at 10:30 am and run until 11:15 am.
