Adult Self-Defense Class

This self-defense class is a collaboration between Rainbow Knights and Legacy Martial Arts and Fitness. Be sure to wear clothes that you can move around in! This event will be on March 28 from 1 pm-2 pm at Legacy Martial Arts and Fitness. The class will consist of warm-ups and simple self-defense techniques taught by Lauren Cloutier (Known by her students as "Ms. Clou"). She has over 16 years of experience in martial arts. Beginning in 2001 in Bristol, Rhode Island, and most recently earning her 3rd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo under Master Robert Whitman and Grandmaster Joseph Pina (2025). With a background in a mix of styles, including Karate, Taekwondo, Hapkido, Krav Maga, Kickboxing, and some BJJ, she incorporates all her training knowledge into the Legacy Martial Arts curriculum, in hopes of giving her future and current students a well-rounded foundation in the martial arts.

Founded in 2024, the Rainbow Knights are a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to connect, nurture, and support all LGBTQIA+ people in the Stoughton, Massachusetts area.
