Adult Acrobatics & Tumbling
Join us for an exhilarating evening of acrobatics and tumbling at our upcoming classes!
Our acrobatic and tumbling classes are available to all levels, beginners, intermediate, and to the more advanced. We guide our students through a variety of warm up exercises focusing on flexibility, core strength, and upper and lower body conditioning.
The class consists of cartwheels, handstand drills, front handsprings, back handsprings, and much more!
