We’ll introduce the basics of this meditative technique and provide the perfect, low-stress environment to practice your new skill. Beginners welcome!
This program is designed for participants 15 years and older. $20 (plus tax) will cover all supplies needed and a take-home starter kit. Space is limited and reservations are required. This will be an indoor program with all supplies provided - bring your creativity!
