Then, we’ll toss together a vibrant Mexican Street Corn Salad, combining sweet corn, a creamy dressing, and a sprinkle of chili powder that’ll transport your taste buds straight to a bustling Mexican mercado. For dessert, you’ll bake up some delicate Mexican Wedding Cookies, the sweet, buttery treat that’s impossible to resist.
