2DEEP – A Breathwork Journey
2DEEP is a deeply immersive 2-hour breathwork experience designed to give you the proper time and space to journey, release, and process. By dedicating two full hours to breath, we create an expansive container for you to fully experience and integrate each layer of the process. This extended time allows for deeper emotional release, greater energetic shifts, and a richer healing experience—giving you the opportunity to connect with your body and spirit on a profound level.
During the session, you’ll engage in Divine Emergence Breathwork, a leading approach in transformative breathwork. This structured method is designed to access subconscious emotional and energetic healing. Under the guidance of a trained facilitator, the breathwork helps dissolve the thinking mind, creating space for natural, effortless healing. With rhythmic breathing, typically through the mouth at a 90% inhale and 90% exhale ratio, participants often enter an altered state of consciousness after about 10-15 minutes. At this point, the body begins to release accumulated stress, trauma, and energy through movements, shaking, tears, and other natural responses.

2DEEP is our first-ever immersion, offered both in-person and online, allowing you to breathe, connect, and evolve from anywhere. Whether in person or virtually, you'll experience the session alongside a community of like-minded individuals, creating a powerful and supportive environment for your healing.
Please be mindful that the session can get loud with the music and cathartic releases. If you're sensitive to loud noises or people screaming, please reconsider this experience.
