📚 Lenni's Links Book Swap Event 📚Join us for a fun afternoon of books, browsing, and swapping! Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of this event:
1. Ticket Information
Entry Fee: $5 (includes refreshments and access to the swap).
Cancellation Policy: The entry fee is non-refundable, but we’re sure you’ll enjoy the event! While we can’t guarantee everyone will find the perfect book, there’s always something magical about browsing.
2. Book Contribution Rules
Bring-to-Swap Ratio: Bring at least 1 book to participate, with a maximum of 10 books per person.
Book Condition: Books should be in good shape—no torn pages, excessive markings, or water damage. Plus, let’s keep things fresh—only books published in the last 10 years, please.
Accepted Genres: All age appropriate genres are welcome! Just skip the kids and young adult books, textbooks, magazines, or outdated self-help titles.
3. Swap Rules
Ticket Exchange for Books: Drop off your books upon arrival to receive tokens that can be exchanged for new ones.
Browsing Period: Spend the first 15 minutes (2-2:15 PM) exploring the selection.
Swapping Begins: Once the browsing timer ends, swapping kicks off! (2:15-2:45 PM).
Free-for-All Round: The last 15 minutes (2:45-3PM) will be a fun free-for-all for any remaining books.
4. Event Rules
Arrival Time: Arrive early to check in and drop off your books. Can’t make it in time? No problem! We’re happy to accept books a day or two in advance—just bring them by during open hours.
Unclaimed Books: Any leftover books will be donated to a local library, school, or charity. Or, if enough of you are interested, we’ll start a free library right here in our space!

Time: 2-3 PM
6. Rules of Conduct
Respect Others: Let’s keep it fun and friendly—be kind and courteous to everyone while browsing and swapping.
Time Limits: Stick to the schedule to keep everything running smoothly:
2-2:15 PM: Browsing
2:15-2:45 PM: Swapping
2:45-3 PM: Free-for-All
