Come join us for a fun and energetic modern dance workshop series designed for adults who are new to dance! Whether you're looking to learn a new skill, get some exercise, or just have a great time, this workshop series is perfect for you.
Led by an experienced instructor, these 7 classes will cover the basics of modern dance technique and explore floor work, center exercises, and movement phrases while developing strength, coordination, and creative expression.
No prior dance experience is required - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn! The workshop will be held at Threads Dance Project on 7 consecutive Mondays, so mark your calendars and get ready to dance!
