Looking for more confidence, creativity, or just a fun way to shake off the week? This 8-week beginner improv class is the perfect place to start—no experience necessary!
Taught by Heather Fender, an improv artist and educator with over 20 years of experience, this class is designed for adults who want to play, connect, and sharpen their quick-thinking skills. Heather has directed and performed with improv troupes across the region, and her classes are known for being welcoming, supportive, and a total blast.
Each week you'll learn essential improv skills like:
- Saying “Yes, And” to build scenes collaboratively
- Creating bold characters and strong offers
- Thinking on your feet and having fun in the moment
- Tapping into your creativity and humor
- Listening actively and responding with authenticity
And best of all, you’ll put your new skills to use in a Friends & Family Showcase during the final class!
