Adults beginners poleThis is suitable for anyone that is interested in trying pole fitness.
Pole will help to build strength, confidence and flexibility.
Classes numbers will be limited and payment will secure your space.
you will need to wear comfy gym clothes and please bring shorts.
Payment is £10 for the session.

Minimum numbers must be met for the course to run.
No refunds can be given 72 hours before the first session starts.
We are also running beginner Silks and Hoop sessions too, if you wanted to book all 3, we can discount it to £25 but must be paid in full.
