We’ll focus on movement, flow, musicality, and choreography in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
Whether it’s your first class ever or your first one in years, you’re welcome here.
Pop-ups are cool, but with enough interest, we’d love to grow these into recurring weekly classes =)
