Have you always wanted to have the poise, elegance and grace of a ballerina? Have you used to dance, and wanting to come back after a long break?
This is your chance. No pressure. No judgment. Just music, movement, and a warm, welcoming class designed for all ages.
What to Expect:
- A gentle barre warm-up to build strength, balance, and alignment
- Center work including flowing movements, turns, and even joyful jumps & leaps
- Coordination, and body awareness development
