About this Event
For those who are new to ballet or want to get back into it, this class will introduce you to the essential positions, movements, and terminology of ballet. NO experience needed, this is 100% beginner friendly.

In this welcoming and supportive environment, you’ll learn basic barre exercises, footwork, and simple centre combinations that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Our instructor will guide you through each step, helping you improve your posture, body awareness, and coordination while encouraging creativity and self-expression.
Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility, tone your muscles, or just experience the beauty of ballet, this class is a perfect place to start. No prior experience is required, just bring your love for movement and a passion to learn!

WHAT TO WEAR?
Fitted non-restrictive attire (leotards, body suit, leggings, dance pants, fitted tank tops or t-shirts). Avoid extremely loose clothing that may hinder movement or get caught during dance. Hair should be tied back out of face.
SHOES:
Ballet slippers, barefeet or socks.
CANCELLATIONS:
If a class does not meet the minimum registrations it will be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you the day-of via email to transfer your booking to the next week's class.
