The RHINO Adult & Teen SAFE Program equips participants with the tools to confidently navigate difficult situations.Participants Will Learn:
• Situational awareness
• Boundary setting and assertive communication
• Saying NO effectively
• Stress and adrenaline management
• Action vs. reaction strategies
• Vocalization techniques
• Basic and intermediate striking
• Escaping holds and grabs
This interactive training leaves participants feeling empowered, informed, and prepared.

- Each participant must register separately
- Parents are welcome but not required to attend

About the Instructor:
Chris’s 25 years of law enforcement experience has given him highly developed insights into the reality of self-defense.
Chris is a certified self-defense instructor who has worked in law enforcement for over 25 years, as both a correctional officer and a police officer. This experience has given him a unique insight into criminal mindset and the realities of self defense. This has resulted in a passion surrounding Personal Safety and Self-Defense and a desire to prevent victimization of families and individuals. This passion translates into a comprehensive, reality based training environment for adults, children, and corporate clients.
