About this Event
Perfect for teens looking to boost their babysitting resumes, this certification course teaches the lifesaving skills every responsible sitter should know. Following the American Heart Association’s latest guidelines, instructor Lauren Repholz will guide students through recognizing the signs of cardiac arrest, performing effective CPR on adults and children, and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Through hands‑on practice and clear instruction, students will gain the confidence to respond quickly and safely in an emergency. Upon successful completion of the course, each participant will receive an official certificate of proficiency—a highly valuable addition to any babysitter’s credentials.
