Happy with the Improvers content and ready for the next step up? Can you name a range of moves in, above and below the hoop? This class is designed for those with roughly 6 months of hoop experience and those with some upper body strength and stamina. Get ready to learn beats/drops/rolls as well as more complex shapes and sequences. Please email [email protected] with any questions/queries or if you are unsure of your level.
All our classes aim to build strength, fitness, flexibility, coordination and mostly importantly CONFIDENCE. Variations and progressions are always given to suit every student in the room and equipment is shared for that all important rest time. Leave the reality of life at the door and give yourself an hour instead.

I started my own aerial hoop training doubting that I would even get on a hoop and now I am so proud of some of the crazy things I have achieved. I have since dabbled in most equipment going as well as flex and contortion and couldn’t think of a better wat to spend my day! I encourage everyone to come and try a class, and you will be surprised at what you can achieve when you give yourself a chance to try. My lessons are all about getting out the house, having an hour to yourself and having a giggle with the Flying Free aerial crew. Regressions and progressions are always available to build up your confidence and leave you feeling strong, come and explore the upside-down world with me!
Instructions
Please arrive 5/10 minutes before the start of your class (participation in the warmups are mandatory) wearing comfortable clothing that covers the back of your legs. Inform the instructor of any injuries or illnesses that could affect your session and adaptations will be made. Remove all jewellery including rings and bracelets, not only for your safety- there are some scary horror stories, but also to avoid damaging the equipment. Feel free to bring a water bottle and your phone to capture those incredible shapes as well as your PROGRESS- you will want those ‘before’ pics as well as the ‘after’ ones. Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and any cancellation after this, you will not get a refund.
