5th of November's Topic - ADHD And Relationships!
This is an in-person meet-up for adults with ADHD. You do not need a formal diagnosis. You may have someone accompany you for support.
These focused sessions have a different topic each month - we choose the topic of the next session one month at a time so check back regularly for info.
We also run general sessions, where any topic is up for discussion. Please check our events page. We alternate between focused sessions and general ones on a bi-weekly basis.
Ours is an inclusive space where we each have a bit of time to discuss our concerns, where we are currently in life, and then reflect and support each other. You’ll meet like-minded people discussing their ADHD, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Our sessions start on time at 18:00, so we actually recommend trying to arrive a little bit earlier, especially as someone has to keep on opening the outside door. Time blindness is a thing apparently! We finish up at 20:00.
