About this Event
ADORNMENT AS IDENTITY
ADORN is a multidisciplinary activation celebrating adornment as identity, story, and ritual. Produced by RVSO78 in collaboration with Desert Bloom Tattoo Salon, the event brings together jewelry, tattoo-inspired fashion, and makeup in a live fashion presentation—just steps away from the Heard Museum during one of the most significant Indigenous art markets in the country.
Set inside Desert Bloom’s tattoo gallery and salon, ADORN blurs the line between permanent and wearable art. Tattoos, jewelry, and garments become extensions of the body, expressions of memory, resilience, and self-definition.
This activation honors adornment as more than decoration. It is protection. It is storytelling. It is cultural continuity.
