Adobo Grill invites you to sip and savor during their July Camarena Tequila Dinner taking place Wednesday July 31st.
- Kick off the evening with Salbutes Yucatan typically served as a puffed deep fried tortilla topped with lettuce sliced avocado pulled chicken or turkey tomato and pickled red onion. This starter is served with the classic Adobo Margarita!
- Next indulge in Papadzules a traditional dish from the Yucatán Peninsula most closely resembling enchiladas. The evening’s second course will be served with El Melon Margarita Tequila Reposado with lime juice cantaloupe and mandarine liquor.
- Then relish in Adobo Grill’s Cochinita Pibil achiote marinated pork slow roasted in banana leaf and prepared with black beans guacamole and molcajete salsa along with El Pepino Margarita made with Tequila Añejo Midori pineapple juice and lime juice.
- And finally finish the evening with Papaya Sorbet with fruit and a small tasting of Tequila Blanco Reposado Añejo and Adobo Grill’s house made sangrita.
