Back by popular demand for the 12th year, join the Louisiana booth at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) taking place November 3-6, 2025 in Abu Dhabi, UAE. One of the largest global energy industry events, ADIPEC receives on average 205,000+ attendees and 2,250 exhibitors.
The cost to participate is $3,700 per company (excluding travel expenses, hotel and Eventbrite service fee). These costs are reimbursable through the LED STEP grant* with prior approval and based on availability of STEP grant funding. This co-exhibit opportunity is first come, first served and limited to eight Louisiana companies. Once the maximum of eight companies has been met, new registrations will be added to a “wait list” in the event additional space becomes available. Companies must submit registration and payment, and have their eligibility confirmed by organizer.
Registration includes:
- Registration for 1 company representative
- Branded counter within the Louisiana-branded booth
- Listing in ADIPEC directory
- Meeting tables and electrical
- U.S. Pavilion benefits, including programming and amenities
- Individual consult session and on-site support with the U.S. Commercial Service
- Know Before You Go virtual advance meeting
- Special hotel rates with pre-arranged room blocks at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi
- Delegation shuttle to and from the hotel (pending)
