Whether you’re newly diagnosed, exploring the possibility of ADHD, or simply looking for people who “get it,” this meet-up offers an open, understanding community where nothing needs explaining.
Hosted by ThriveSpark C.I.C, the evening brings together adults (18+) to chat, listen, and exchange lived experiences in a relaxed, neuro-affirming environment. Expect warmth, laughter, and honest conversations - no pressure, no judgement.
We’ll have refreshments, comfy seating, and plenty of space to just be.
