Andy Hackett
Founder of DivergentSelf. HCPC-registered NHS Mental Health Practitioner and Occupational Therapist. Trained in Internal Family Systems and EMDR. Works with neurodivergent clients through therapy and coaching.
Angga Kara
Founder of MEN UP NORTH, award winning men’s suicide prevention charity.

- 3000+ people engaged in mental health and masculinity work
His other work is supporting individuals and leaders to navigate stress, uncertainty, and performance through self-awareness.
Why this session exists
This was built in collaboration with MEN UP NORTH, creative practitioners, and mental health professionals with lived experience of neurodiversity.
We also surveyed men in Sheffield.
This session directly responds to what they said they need.
This is our trial to see if there is demand for this in the city and in the future we can apply for more funding to run more.
