- Navigating a new ADHD diagnosis
- Dispelling common myths about ADHD
- Tips and strategies for thriving with ADHD at home and work
This session is designed for adults with ADHD or anyone wanting to better understand and support someone with the condition.
Light refreshments will be provided.
