This is not a sit-and-listen seminar. This is a fully interactive, hands-on workshop designed to bring coaches and adaptive athletes together in a real training environment.

Throughout the day, coaches and athletes will work side by side in a collaborative setting that reflects what inclusive training should actually look like. Practical, adaptable, and performance focused.

This workshop is built to give you real-time, hands-on coaching experience.

You won’t just learn theory, you’ll be actively coaching, adapting movements, and problem-solving in the moment with guidance throughout. You’ll learn how to:

• Adapt movements based on the individual, not a template
• Coach with confidence in a group setting
• Make real-time decisions when things don’t go to plan
