About this Event
Adaptive Track & Field provides athletes of all abilities the opportunity to develop speed, endurance, and coordination in a supportive environment. Participants will engage in a variety of track and field activities tailored to their needs and abilities, promoting fitness and skill development.
Session Details
When: Wednesdays, 6:00 - 6:45 P.M.
Where: Ramstad Middle School
Cost: Free
Eligibility: Adaptive participants ages 5 and up
Required: Participant consent form
Participants should wear athletic clothing, bring a water bottle, and be ready to move.
Athletes 12 and older have the opportunity to compete in adaptive heats at middle school and high school meets in the spring.
