Adam Watson returns to give us another thought provoking and entertaining presentation on his latest exploits, and will talk us through his top 10 county climbs, what makes them 'County Classics', how they define Northumberland climbing and what you need to work on if you want to send them.Join Adam as he shares his experiences of climbing in Northumberland, including what makes it so special and how it shaped him as a climber, he may even finally answer the question all climbers in the county have often asked themselves - seriously, why is it so hard?
Adam will include in his celebration of why our home crags are so good by drawing on his experiences of travelling and climbing in some of the world's (other) best climbing areas.
Adam is a climber and coach based in the North East, known for his hard bouldering and trad first ascents, both locally and further afield.
Arrive at 7 to get a drink at the bar, ready for a 7.30 start.
