At the beginning of the session, you will get comfortable with your own yoga mats, blankets, or pillows and Daphne will poke the pressure points. The sound healing session will begin with crystal bowls and the flute played by Mike Belaska. Will also be using the ocean drum and the wind gong. In the middle of the session, I will be playing the crystal singing pyramid above each individual bodies. At the end, you will come back to your body with Tingsha bells ringing while the acupuncturist takes out the points.
Always remember, to take your time coming back to the body 🐬
