What to expect?
Our team will gently introduce our shared intention before the session begins. Our acupuncturist then places a thoughtfully curated set of 4-6 acupuncture points to support your body and align with that intention. No prior acupuncture experience is needed!
Once you’re settled, a live sound bath begins. Pogo from Sound Heart Healing will guide you through an immersive sound journey using gongs, singing bowls, bells, chimes, drums, and other instruments while you rest comfortably in recliners with the points. The combination of acupuncture and sound helps the body soften, the mind quiet, and the whole system settle into ease.
This is an intimate and deeply nourishing experience hosted in Boise Acupuncture Co-op’s cozy treatment room, with just 12 recliners available. Save your seat and give yourself the gift of rest, resonance, and community care.
