Join Vuori Plaza Frontenac for an in-store workout on November 8th. Led by La Forme Fitness, this 45-minute mat-based class brings their signature reformer-inspired moves off the machine for high-intensity, low-impact training designed to challenge every muscle group. Experience thoughtfully structured sequences with controlled movements that offer a sampling of the Pilates reformer-style of movement.
La Forme's skilled instructors will guide you through each exercise with purposeful cuing and hands-on corrections. Bring your yoga mat and a resistance band (if you have one). After class, enjoy for shopping and refreshments.
