What does activity driven mean?

When is the last time you went to a boring interview? Here at Rent ATV Houston we are looking to partner witht the best long term thinkers who want to grow with a Vision driven family owned company. There will be several auditioning stations and live situations to see who can handle realistic events and physical activities for the job.

An example of a realistic event would be if the person is applying for the role of "Bilgual Customer Service Associate" they will have a customer come up to the window with "why they have to put there basic information on the legal paperwork associated with renting an ATV or Jetski?" The person applying for this role would need to be able to handle this situation and respond in both english and spanish.

A second example would be if you are applying for "ATV Mechanic" the person would be prompted to fill up the ATV with gas and check the oil levels. The person applying for this role needs to be capable with fundamental knowlege with the basics mechanics of the ATV.

All candidates will tour the 200 acre park on foot. We strongly reccomend you dress in outdoor attire and comfortable sneakers you don't mind getting dirty. We know you will enjoy yourselves at our first annual recruitment event.
