🧘 About the Event
Active Rest is a 60-minute guided breathwork and meditation experience designed to help you slow down, feel safe in your body, and reconnect with the strength of your breath.
Led by Noelle Rivet, this session combines Pranayama, grounding meditation, and somatic awareness to gently expand your lung capacity, regulate your nervous system, and foster a sense of calm connection — both within and with the group.
Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, this class is a chance to soften into presence, community, and care.
This event is presented in collaboration with The Bra Code, a community initiative that empowers women in and around sports through connection, visibility, and support.

Noelle Rivet is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator, and Massage Therapist based in Edmonton. Her work centers on nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and embodied healing.
The Bra Code, founded by Candace Wonago, is a women-led initiative that celebrates and supports women in sport — on and off the field — through community, media, and mentorship.
