What to Expect:
Total Duration: 60 Minutes
1. Grounding and Intention Setting (10 minutes):
We begin with gentle breathwork and grounding to help you settle into your hammock and shift from the external world into a quiet, receptive space. You’ll be invited to set a personal intention for the experience.
2. Guided Spirit Guide Meditation (15 minutes):
A relaxing and vivid inner journey will guide you into a meditative temple space, designed to open your inner senses and invite contact with your spirit guides. This may come through visuals, symbols, sensations, or simply a felt presence.
3. Sound Bath Journey (30 minutes):
