Kickstart your work week actively with Active Mondays! Join Anastasiia (you may know her and her dog Muffin!) at Queensway Park for a completely free, beginner-friendly outdoor fitness series designed to help us move more and connect as a community.
No experience is needed.
🕒 The Schedule & What to Bring
- 7:30 AM – Morning Stretch & Exercise Get the blood flowing! Wake up your body with a gentle, energizing routine focused on movement and mobility to prep you for the week ahead. * Bring: A mat/towel and water.
- 7:00 PM – Social Run & Walk (3–5 km) Unwind with a relaxed, inclusive loop. Exercise helps keep your adrenaline and cortisol in check, boosting mood-lifting endorphins to regulate stress after a long day. * Bring: Just yourself in comfortable activewear and running shoes!
