🌪️ Join Nikki for a Synergy of Sound workshop to expand your embodied connection to the wind element & wind instruments.
🪈We will be practicing pranayama to expand our breath, ignite the solar plexus & activate our five major internal wind channels with the conchs, flutes, whistles, and didgeridoos while weaving through the laws of nature.
