About this Event
An immersion into our Chakras, and the areas of life that they govern. We will utilize different technologies of yoga, breath work, journaling, dance, sound, and guided meditation. All in order to connect to these different facets of self, through the energetic portals of our Chakras.
Chakras are known to be energetic doorways into the health, well-being, and state of different facets of our life- like belonging and safety, connection and creativity, or power and self- authority.
It is thought that we can access our unique relationship with these different areas of our life, through connecting with our own Chakras.
We will be communing with and balancing our Chakras through the many modalities mentioned above. It should feel like a nourishing, interactive, and explorative way to get a better understanding of where our health is in these areas of life. And through the techniques shared we will strengthen and support these aspects of self.
We will start with a guided meditation, followed by a journaling prompt, we then will move into our movement to help access and activate our Chakra focused on that day. And from here there will be a fusion of movement, breath and sound to help move and activate the energy within our own bodies.
