About this Event
“Feeling deeply” is a vital part of our human experience, that is just as important to our well being, as breathing, eating and resting is.
It’s a portal to home, a gateway to healing, and connects us to the innate intelligence and current of life.
But how do we authentically do it and where do we even begin?
Next month, I will be holding a 1 day in person immersive workshop in London, to guide you through, a moment to moment embodied learning of how to:
- Skilfully and intentionally feel.
- Listen to and follow the thread of aliveness.
- Gently lean into your discomforts and edges.
- Courageously expand your window of tolerance and deepen your somatic capacity to welcome in more of life.
What to expect on the day?
A weaving together of; Energy work, shadow work and movement, to "wake up" your energetic being and anchor you deeper home, back to wholeness.
- A learning of my “3 step alchemical processing” method.
- A receiving of life force energy activations within x2 somatic sound journeys.
- Group & partner relating and integration exercises.- Dance and music exploration.
- A loving community setting and holding.
What do i need to bring?
A yoga mat, a thin blanket, water and snacks, and clean clothes.
