While we can all create a vision board, I'm going to walk you through you a simple yet powerful system to actually follow through on your goals—no matter how much you’ve struggled with procrastination, ADHD, or getting stuck in the "fantasy” stage.
You'll also have an opportunity to get live coaching on aspects of goal setting and manifestation where you've gotten stuck in the past.

Finally, we’ll anchor it all with embodiment practices to teach your body that your goals are real, safe, and 100% achievable.
