This workshop is for both beginners, and actors who want to practice. Let’s get you out of your head and into your bodyyy. Try something new. Learn tools in the realm of character physicality, find a state of play, and moving in a way you maybe never knew you could! Oooo…

Who the flip is teaching me?

Bethany is an actor, director and creative practitioner living in the heart of Norwich. She curates a space for play, learning and building confidence in yourself. This year she acted in two short films and a feature film. Last year she directed and acted in short films and music videos, as well as performing in a live VE day 80th Anniversary event at the airport. Bethany specialises in finding ways to step out of your every day states of being, and finding your inner child as a means of creativity.

Whether you are new to acting or want a space to safely challenge yourself in your craft, Bethany provides a safe and supported space to develop yourself as an actor, but also as a person.
