Zumba course starting Friday 26th July for 4 weeks !
- Days: Fridays starting on the 26th of July
- Time: 10:30am -11:30am
Zumba is a fun dance and exercise workout featuring different types of steps, including salsa and meringue, which have easy-to-learn instructions and are combined to create a workout for the entire body. Suitable for complete beginners.
Requirements: All attendees must pay a non-refundable £5 fee.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Have improved and built up co-ordination skills
- Know how to tone up and how to work on a variety of stretches to enhance flexibility and strength
- Dance different routines to a variety of music
- Have increased cardio energy levels
