Join us for a transformative day-long AcroYoga intensive in Santa Fe, NM! Whether you're brand new to AcroYoga or looking to strengthen your foundation, this day-long workshop will cover the essential skills and techniques to get you and your practice lifted and elevated.

Throughout the day, you’ll learn the fundamental principles of balance, trust, communication, and teamwork—core aspects of AcroYoga. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises and progressions, including:

• Partner Yoga: Build strength, flexibility, and connection with your partner through supportive poses.
• L-base Foundations: Learn to base (support) and fly (be lifted) safely and effectively, with emphasis on body alignment and communication.
• Spotting Techniques: Understand how to spot safely to ensure you and your partner’s well-being during practices.
• Flow Transitions: Practice smooth transitions between poses, creating a fluid and dynamic sequence.
• Acrobatic Play: Enjoy lighthearted fun while gaining confidence in trusting and being trusted by your partner.

This workshop is designed to help you build the confidence and skills needed for a safe and enjoyable AcroYoga practice. By the end of the day, you'll have a solid understanding of the fundamentals and will leave feeling empowered, connected, and ready to continue your AcroYoga journey.
