About this Event
Important! Only Return Students
We are only accepting return students to come to the photoshoot. We want to know you. And you should also know acroyoga.
To get a ticket, you'll need an access code. The access code is in the group description of our Whatsapp group.
If you have come to at least one of our classes, we are excited to have you join us.
Overview
The Okame cherry trees in Flushing Meadow flower early. They are genetically predisposed. And the location warms up a bit earlier. Picture yourself doing acroyoga surrounded by a million cherry flowers. Get some amazing photos!
Compared to our other photoshoots, this is scheduled for three hours so that there is a little time to perhaps learn a new pose or jam with other students.
Note:
- Cherry blossoms depend on the weather and the mood of the cherry trees. We can't guarantee what will happen with the trees.
- If the weather doesn't cooperate, the event may be canceled. The cancel decision will likely be made in the morning of the event and emailed out through Eventbrite.
What To Bring
- A yoga mat or blanket to do acro on.
- Warm clothes: A sweater and a jacket.
- Water and a snack
Meeting Point
We'll meet at the Unisphere in Corona Meadows Park.
There are some cherry trees nearby. There is also another stand. We'll explore which one blooms the best on the day off.
