AcroYoga is a movement practice that combines the balance & connection of yoga, the fitness & energy of acrobatics, and the holistic healing power of therapeutics.
This practice is designed to reach all people - no matter your age, size, skill, or fitness level. Acroyoga is a fun and challenging way to expanding flexibility, build strength and creating connection.
AcroYoga JAM is a free training where you try and explore your postures, deepen your practice and meet likeminded people. This jam is open for acroyogis with a basic knowledge of the principles and safety measures within AcroYoga or if you are accompanied by a more experienced Acroyogi. There will be no teacher leading the class. If you have no experience of AcroYoga, we recommend you to participate one of our classes.
AcroYoga is a practice where we are in close contact to other people. During the class we will work in pairs or groups of three to four people.
Wash your hands (and feet) before the class and please stay home if you show any symtoms of virus infections.

About the teacher
Mathias has a background as a mathematics and physics teacher and within martial arts. He discovered and got hooked with AcroYoga during a Yoga-teacher training in india and has since traveled the world to practice, teach, deepen his knowledge and to train with some of the most experienced AcroYoga-teachers in the world.
