Want to try out Acro Yoga?You've come to the right place!
***Beginners Class***
Come along to our Monday night class where we teach you everything you need to know about acro yoga with no prior experience or equipment required.
You can come by yourself but feel free to bring a friend if you want to đ
***What does it cost?***
The class and jams are run entirely by volunteers, and we rely on donations to hire the space and provide safety gear.
A common donation amount is $15 for a class & $5 for a jam session.
Donations are entirely optional, but they keep our doors open and helps us grow and support the community.

***What to expect?***
Every week we get around 20-40 people who show up and join in.
A group warmup starts at 7:05pm, followed by a class where we'll take you through a series of beginner friendly tricks and poses until 8:30pm.
8:30pm to 9pm is open training where you can play around and practice what you learned in class, or whatever else you feel like doing!
Every class is customised to fit your level of ability and you can work at whatever pace you're comfortable with.

Walk down the driveway along the blue fence and turn left. The hall is inside the school, just past the playground.
***What to wear/bring?***
Please wear sports appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle, and gym towel.
