Have you ever wanted to try acroyoga but didn’t know where to begin? Your chance is here! Acro yoga is a partner yoga practice combining yoga with acrobatics. It features elements of traditional hatha vinyasa flows, taking traditional yoga poses from the earth to the air! Each pose will feature a flyer, base, and a spotter. All are welcome--you do not need a partner or prior experience to sign up! Spaces are limited!
